The IP Lawyers 4 All project aims to match eligible IPR-holders in developing countries with select Participating IPR-Lawyers in developed countries. IP Lawyers 4 All will do so in specific cases where identified IPRs may be subject to unlicensed or unauthorised use by persons or entities situated typically in developed countries. The project’s funders will thus enable IP Lawyers 4 All to contribute to a fairer, more attractive global IPR system. IP-holders, IP lawyers, the IPR system and the larger public interest of increasing the legal use of IPRs will all benefit
The Steering Committee members will also act as secretariat to the initiative IP Lawyers 4 All, and any application to find a participating lawyer will be assigned a Case Monitor from the Steering Committee.
